Ce qu'il faut pouvoir nommer
Avant d'écrire une ligne, on doit pouvoir nommer le geste, les rôles, et le branchement qui doit rester. Qui crée le dossier, qui le valide, qui l'exporte. Sans ces trois noms, le projet est une liste de souhaits. On ne promet pas un nombre de semaines : une première version tient souvent en plusieurs semaines, selon ces noms.

Créer ne fixe pas un prix public. La note suit les écrans, les rôles et les branchements, après un périmètre écrit. Les pages du site ne sont pas un devis. Un « à partir de » en dirhams décrirait un forfait, pas ce circuit.
Quand écrire

What you must be able to name
Before a line is written, someone must be able to name the action, the roles, and the connection that must stay. Who creates the file, who approves it, who exports it. Without those three names, the project is a wish list. There is no promised number of weeks: a first version often takes several weeks, according to those names.
